The Guinea-Bissau National Investment Agency encourages and facilitates investment by qualified investors whose objectives align with those of Guinea-Bissau economic officials. By introducing investors to appropriate opportunities in Guinea-Bissau, our aim is to create a win-win situation that benefits the investors, the country and the people of Guinea-Bissau.

Leadership

Since 2014, Carlo Scevola has served as an advisor to the Prime Minister of Guinea-Bissau, providing expert guidance on investment strategies and enhancing the country’s relations with the European Union. In this role, he has been instrumental in formulating policies aimed at attracting international investments and fostering sustainable economic growth. Additionally, Mr. Scevola was appointed to lead the Guinea-Bissau National Investment Agency, where he spearheads initiatives to streamline the investment process, develop key infrastructure projects, and promote the country as a competitive destination for foreign capital. His efforts have been focused on modernizing the investment landscape and creating a favorable environment for long-term economic development.
